Business Development Meetings follow an alternating format and are made up of 3 very valuable components that fit together to deliver to you the knowledge and support you need to really start building your business:
  • Business Knowledge
On alternate fortnights, Marcus leads a workshop that will help you in your business. He'll cover areas such as lead generation, sales, marketing, improving profits, team building, recruiting, systemising, time management and personal development and many more.  Marcus happily covers any topic of interest.

Also, on occasion, outside presenters are invited to educate in specialist areas.

Every other fortnight the Business Development Meeting is made up of the following components:
  • Board of Advisors

Your fellow business owners offer their experience and knowledge and act as a sounding board. Bring along ideas or issues, this is the time when you get your own virtual board giving you constructive input. You don't have to solve all your business problems by yourself - now you can discover how other business owners have solved the same issues themselves!

The Board will also look at your ideas through the eyes of the consumer, a real bonus for any business owner.

  • 15 Minutes of Fame

In this section one member is given an extended opportunity to have the entire group focus on their business.

It's up to you how you use this time -

  1. You can give a presentation about your business and work the networking angle so everyone knows more about you and your business.
  2. You can have a particular issue in your business focused on and leverage the mastermind power of the group to help you solve it.
  3. You can put the group to work to help you determine what your customers really want from you.
  4. Or anything else - it's totally up to you!
