Stop Discussing the Stuff and Get on and Do It.

I've just finished a coaching call with a client. A very simple lesson we all need to take note of. When you are working on what's going on and how you are going to get somewhere, there is lots of stuff that gets discussed. Some of it may be interesting and some of it may not be. The question is whether it is useful. Only useful pieces of information ultimately help us make choices and make decisions and therefore take action.

It comes down to this - What are you going to do about it? Answering that question is making a decision. Then ask - When are you going to do it? That's taking Action.
